My mom and dad (Carolyn & Carl Roy) had named their third daughter after you. You both meant so much to them. Dad was so sad to hear the news - he loved you both so much - we are truly sorry- it hurts to lose a loved one, but God will give you the strength-we will pray for you!

I am saddened to learn that Joe Fisk has left us. He will be missed and my sympathy for his family.
Joe worked for me at the Wastewater Dept and he was an inspiration to all of us and a great employee.
