Joseph Fisk Obituary

Joseph E. Fisk, 68, of Colorado Springs, passed away on December 22, 2009. Joe was born on April 8, 1941 to the late Leo and Lucille (Kelley) Fisk. He was born in Cripple Creek, CO but primarily raised in Victor, CO. Upon graduating high school, Joe worked several years as a supervisor at the Waste and Water Department for the city of Colorado Springs. On December 21, 1963 he married Karla Franklin and together had three sons. In his spare time, Joe enjoyed being a Cub Scout leader, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and many friends. Joe was also a member of the Cripple Creek and Victor District Club. Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Karla; sons, Kevin, Kelly (Andreya), and Joe Fisk; sisters, Louise (Alvah) Stephens and Lois (Tom) Gribben; brothers, Leo (Juanita), Tom, and Bill (Pam) Fisk. Joe is also survived by grandchildren, Austin, Gunnar, Kyle, and Mia Fisk and several nieces and nephews. Joe is preceded in death by sisters, Vema and Jean as well as his brother, Jack. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at St. Raphael Episcopal Church, 802 Leta Dr., Security, CO 80911.

I am saddened to learn that Joe Fisk has left us. He will be missed and my sympathy for his family.
