It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Joseph John Ross "Joe" of Waxhaw North Carolina on September 7, 2021. Joe was born on November 26, 1964 in San Diego, California to Pamela and Jerry Ross. An Army brat he traveled throughout the United States and Japan and Turkey. He graduated from Coronado High School, Colorado Springs in 1983, where he met, fell in love and married his wife/best friend Kelly in 1989. Life brought great joy to Joe. He enjoyed baseball, traveling, scuba diving, hockey, and thinking outside the box. His passion and love of baseball led him to be a part of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox baseball team and 1992 AAA PCL Baseball Championship. He was a Jack of all trades and could do anything he put his mind to. During his short life he was a master craftsman, contractor, a real estate agent, owner of Ross Realty, and insurance adjuster. Joe dearly loved his family and friends and never said no to any of their requests or needs. His knowledge, laughter, loyalty, and his big heart will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife Kelly, parents Jerry and Pam, son Christopher and spouse Nicole Votaw, son Robert Ross, daughter Brittany and spouse Ryan Toth, in-laws Steve and Bonnie Rusinko, grandson David Huxford. At Joe's request there will be no service but a Celebration of Life on Saturday September 11, 2021 between 1-4 pm at 2501 Providence Road South, Waxhaw.
