Joe and I went to UNLV together and were good friends. We lost touch after college but I always remembered him. Always smiling, happy and there when you needed him. I was saddened when I found out that Joe passes. He will always be rembered as a great guy and friend even by those who lost touch with him. Rest In Peace Santa , I miss you.

Joe, I know we lost contact the last few years but we had some good times together working at TRW back in the day and hangin with your crazy cousin Eric and chasing girls. I'm truely sadened that we didn't stay in touch. Rest in peace brother . You've left us way too soon.

Our family will treasure the fond memories we have of dear Joey. We remember the little cousins fishing in Spearfish Canyon Creek, and the fun-filled Thanksgivings in Big Bear, Huntington Beach, Northridge, and Seal Beach. Joey's smile and warm friendly manner endeared him to all of us. We will keep Joey and his loving family close to our hearts and in our prayers.

Joe was my co-worker at Denver Water. We said hello to each other literally every day he was at work and chat when we could. He was a terrific person and always a joy to be around and an asset at work. He is very missed. I'm so truly sorry for your loss. Joseph, Joe, JoJo, Joey...AKA One of THE sweetest soul's I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. We met in High School and you brought cool to our school. Over the years, no matter how much time had lapsed, when our paths would cross we could pick up right where we left off. Your stories and memories were epic and could have us all laughing and smiling for hours. You observed, you learned, you shared, you touched “many a lives” and now you can rest, just rest.

Joe was my coworked at Denver Water. A great guy and a good friend. To say he will be missed would be an understatement. My condolances to the Santa Family.

I worked with Joe at Schriever, AFB and it's hard for me to believe that he's no longer with us although our time together was short but sweet it seemed like I've known him for years. He will be truly missed as an awesome co-worker and a great person.

I was one of Joe's co-workers at Denver Water and I and all of Joe's Denver Water family are deeply saddened by his loss. I truly enjoyed working with Joe as well as socializing with him outside of the work place. He was intelligent, professional, respectful and witty all at the same time. We will never be able to replace him and I will never forget him. God tells us that “this too shall pass” and I know that Joe is at peace with him now. Joe was a coworker of mine at Denver water . We worked closely the entire time he was with us and he exemplified a great coworker and good friend. Joe was always willing to help no matter what and could make each day a little easier. He can never be replaced and will never be forgotten by any of his friends at work . I miss you joe. I am so saddened to hear this tragic news. I have so many wonderful memories of Joe and Joanne when they lived in CA many years ago. I only met the children briefly but Joe and Joanne were always such warm, caring and fun people to be with and I loved hearing about their children when we would see them and now when I talk to them. We are very sad to hear about Joe. He was one of our son Jeff's best friends in high school and Jeff thought the world of Joe. The Santa Family were our neighbors for the decade of the 2000's and are really great people. We pray for Joe and the Family. Richard, Hedy, and Jeff DuCharme.

The first day I have met Joe, I could not help but to notice his warm and big smile! Very soon into our conversation I have learned that he has a lot of compassion and respect for others. We became instant friends!! Soon we hung out together for happy our twice a week. I could not wait for our next meeting. His energy and humorist outlook to daily events made me laugh uncontrollably! Here was someone who can accept my friendship unconditionally. You were a true friend , Joe! So long till we meet again!1

I worked with Joe at Schriever AFB. I nicknamed him "Subway Joe" for his nightly dinner of subway sandwiches. Great Guy! He will be missed.
