Josephine Trujillo Obituary

Josephine Annette Trujillo, age 45, a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, passed away on May 8, 2011 in Colorado Springs. Josephine was born August 2, 1965 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was the owner/operator of Josie's Insulation. She loved sun tanning, cooking, and fishing and enjoyed working with arts and crafts. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her three children, Mitchell (Diane Frost) Trujillo, Kevin (Salina Valdez) Tantanella and Marissa Tantanella, all of Colorado Springs; her mother, Sandra (Daniel) Gonzales of Kiowa, Colorado; her father, Joe (Kathy) Trujillo of Pueblo West, Colorado; her grandmother, Rita LiVecchi of Pueblo, Colorado; two granddaughters, Angel Trujillo and Angelina Valdez and her longtime companion, Eric Howe, six step-brothers and step-sisters, Nicole (Rick) Ortiz, John (Melody) Gonzales, Amanda (Vincent) Valdez, Janell (Bob) Shockey, Sharon (Ruben) Fuentes and Bennie (Erica) Salazar. Josephine was preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Trujillo. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel.
