My dear friend, I will miss you. I have so many wonderful memories that you have given me. You will always be in my heart.

Joe we met in HORACE MAN we had Boyed Molton for math!You and Darrel welcomed me in I was the boy from Bates we had a lot of laughs! And good times,you will allwayes be part of my life. May GOD bless your familly and I will see you in HEAVEN your freind Bob Morrison.

Joe was a good friend in high school. Although we lost touch for several years, it was nice to reunite via Facebook and communicate again. Joe was a wonderful person and did God's work. I know he will be missed by all that he touched. May God Bless his family.

Joe, you will be sorely missed and I thank you for the guidance you gave me in youth group.

Joe was a good friend of mine. He was strong for God, and he never judged me for the things that I have done. He will be miss by me and I will see you again with our Lord savior Jesus Christ who lives forever and ever.

Our deepest sympathies to Mrs. Ruth, we never met but Joey spoke about you often. He was a very unique individual, who had a good heart, he will be missed greatly. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Brenda and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss! I remember how funny Joe was, and what a crush I had on him...lol. I am sure his loss will be felt by many people. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

God really made Joe a jewel of a person. He was always so kind and loving. I will forever remember his laugh and contagious smile! Mrs. Ruth, Brenda, James, and family, please know that we are praying for God's overwhelming grace, love and comfort for you.

One of the best summers of my life was spent in the springs with my friends, Christine & Ginger, and the people of Monument. Had lots of fun that summer...The Village Inn, the drive in, working on the church float for the 4th of July parade, so many things. Joe will be remembered fondly.

Great memories of Monument Hill SBC youth group! We'll miss you, Joe!

My childhood memories of Joey are of a loving, caring and compassionate human being. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Joe, though you are now with the Lord, laughing and enjoying fellowship with the Father , I wanted to write this for you.

Thank you for the wonderful, long standing friendship to my husband, Joe. You brought many great memories and tears of laughter to him and to many, many others. From being a groomsman at our wedding to taking care of our dog, to the music for our anniversary surprise- you were a true friend. Every husband needs a friend- so thank you. You blessed his life, therefore, you blessed mine. You will be missed.

I miss you, my big brother! We laughed a lot through the years--through the good times and the bad. I have MANY fond memories of the fun we had together and the trouble we got into occasionally--like the time you convinced me to follow the ice cream truck with you on our bikes :~)
I am blessed to have had you as a brother and my girls were blessed to have you as an uncle!

Joe and I were in youth group together, and later we were roommates at Hardin-Simmons. He always had a laugh on his lips, and helped me to try to see the lighter side of life --
something this world needs more of.

You will be missed old friend!

Remembering Joe when I was a small girl, he always had these silly antics, the donald duck sounds, the silly games. As I got older and saw his beautiful photos, they made me think that Joe created the fun. He wasn't just a witness to it. He was the reason it existed. His awesome sense of humor and his laugh I will cherish. He will be missed in this world. Ruth, Brenda, Jamie... I feel terrible for your loss.

Whether you knew Joe for twenty minutes or twenty years, he touched your life, and the sound of his laughter will never be forgotten. More recently, he was so instrumental in reconnecting so many people, so many old friends...his photos bring so much joy. We're all blessed to have called him Friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We met Joe at Garden Ranch Church several years ago and were impressed by his leadership of the youth and his fun-loving ways. We're thinking of James and Rhonda especially right now. Love you guys.

Joe is leaving a lasting legacy to the Colorado Springs community and to the Southern Baptist Churches he served in. May God honor his work and continually bless his family. He was truly a follower of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
