I´ve often wondered what happened to my happy friend, Joyce. She was good to me. A better friend than I. Last time we talked was in 2020. She used to call me and we´d talk for hours. It was if no time had passed at all! We would finally hang up and promise not to let so much time go by. It was usually Joyce who would call the next time. She was very loving and told stories of her children, sister, childhood, grandchildren, and so on. She always remembered mine. Anyhow my memories of her are precious and have carried me through many things.

I worked with Joyce at the Post Office in the late 80's. It was early in my career. She was always very nice and a joy to work with. It's good to know she had a long and active retirement. My condolences to her family and friends.
