Mommy, I miss you so much already but I'm happy that you are in heaven with our Lord and that you no longer have to suffer. I know GaGa and all your brothers and sisters were waiting for you with open arms to welcome you to the Kingdom of Heaven. Rest peacefully my dearest Mother and know that you are loved and missed always, You will remain in my heart and memory until we are reunited once again. I love you, Penny

Joyce was an inspiration to all new members of the Salvation Army Auxillary. She was such a pleasure to know. She will certainly be missed. Sincerely, Roberta Rickey

Aunt Joyce, I'm so glad you are reunited with your Mom, my Dad,"Pete"and Mom, Irene. I know they welcomed you at the gates to Heaven...what a reunion! The wonderful, youthful memories I have of u and Uncle Ted by spending the many summers in Junction City, DC, and the Springs . I was blessed to see u again last September. You were the most giving person I know and know how much your immediate and extended family will miss u but know we will see u again. Love & prayers to all the family there in Colorado and beyond.

Aunt Joyce, you will be missed by many & were loved by everyone. You are in the company of many wonderful people who have gone before us. I know Jesus smiled when you came to Him.

Joyce you will be missed very much. I will always remember your smiling face. You did so much for the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary. You did a terrific job there for many years. I will also miss you at the Ferrin's hymn sing. Your favorite was the "Old Rugged Cross. I'll exchange it some day for a crown." You have that crown now, Joyce!
In loving memory,

My aunt Joyce was a feisty, independent and loving woman. I always felt at home at the home of Joyce and Ted. My love to the family and my thanks for what she gave me in words and understanding.
