Judy was born in Rapid City, SD, the eldest of 12 children. The geography of her life also included White Bear Lake, MN, and Colorado Springs, CO. She is survived by her son Don, her partner and business partner in Systems Engineering Corp. Bill Harmon, and a great web of family. She was loved deeply and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mona and Wayne Armstrong, and brothers, Joe, Kevin, and Barry. A private service will be held at the family's request. In honor of Judy's generosity and heart for animals, please consider donating to your local branch of The Humane Society.

You will always hold a special place in my heart, you´ve been like a mother to me. You came into my life at the hardest time and was there for me when no one else was. I´ve missed you over the years... Rest in Heaven
