Judy Walker Obituary

Mike, It was with shock as I was scrolling through "You went to Lexington if…" and learned of Judy's death. I am so sorry for your loss. I have been out of touch with many Lexingtonians so, to hear of one of our classmates gone, it reminds me of how important our friendships were back then. Please know, even though I have not been connected to you and Judy, her loss to me is sad. I wish you fond memories to keep your grief at bay. You had a wonderful life together. Mike, my breath was taken away as I learn of Judy passing. I have such fond memories of Judy. One of my favorite is when I worked with her. Seeing you come to take her to lunch. The smiles on your faces and love that you had for each other was contagious. Always remember her beautiful smile and all the joyful memories you share together.

Mike, it's never easy to go through such a loss. I know. but draw on your faith as God gives you the strength to walk through each day. One thing I learned at a grief session...let the the tears come when they will--they help in the healing--when feelings of anger about the situation arises, get LOUD. Know that God's heart aches for you also. And as you begin the return to living--live each day you have left fully--it is in this way you honor your loved one.
