Woody is one of those men in your life who serves as an example of everything that is good about being a husband, father, friend, military man, and co-worker. I worked with Woody at MetLife. The first person we wanted a new recruit to visit with was Woody; he exuded the kind of integrity and thoughtfulness that a person needs to succeed.
Phoebe, I am so sorry you and the kids lost your "ROCK"! Woody will always have a special place in my heart. I wish I could be with you in Canon City.

You have been a true inspiration in my life.....the yardstick against which I measured success and failure. I have treasured our time together and will cherish the memories from my childhood on to adulthood. Thanks for being such a role model and "hero at home".
Love, Mark
