To the family of Karen, my prayers and deepest sympathy are with you all. I remember Karen and the rest of the family from when you went to church in Woodland Park and when Karen's dad was a deacon in the church with my husband. May God Bless and be with each one of you.

Uncle Larry, Glen and Tammy

We are very sorry for your loss. Aunt Karen will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I remember as kids how much fun Aunt Karen was to be around and all the great things she did with us. Ice skating at the Broadmoor, Camping at Ohaver, taking us to the mall and most importantly taking us for a cruse in her beloved Red Firebird. The memories of her are strong. If there is anything that we can do for you just let us know. Love Shannon, Barbara, Cody and Connor.

Karen was and still is an inspiration to me. Having met her and Larry in Seattle a year ago, Karen exhibited how to battle and fight an insidious disease with grace, humility and strength. As her passing brings about sorrow, it is her smile and humanitarian spirit of heart that I shall forever hold in my heart. Always smiling and giving love and support while herself in pain, I am humbled by her presence even now..the same can be said of her husband Larry whom gave of himself always to not only his loving wife, but to those who he met such as myself and my family.

We grieve yes, but I also rejoice that in my lifetime, I was able to meet and was privilaged to meet Karen Adams...I am a better person for it.
