Karen Kay Geis
1942-2018
Karen Kay Geis was born July 01, 1942, to Cecil and Luella Brown. She passed away unexpectedly, on January 07, 2018 while recovering from illness. She was born in Tracy Minnesota, and lived in; Colorado Springs, Co, Casa Grande, Arizona, and then returned to Colorado Springs in 2013.
She had a passion for the medical field, and spent most of her working life, as an RN and Nurse Practitioner. She had many hobbies and interests. Christmas was her favorite time of year.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Phyllis, both her brothers Lowell and Virgil, her infant son Jackie, her granddaughter Ariel, and her husband Wallace Jacob Geis.
She is survived by her children: Julie (Thomas) Burdette, Jeffrey (Patricia) Block, Jerald (Pamela) Geis, Jennifer (Michael) Roland, John Geis, and Jodie Geis, Salenna Geis, Felicia Geis and Michael Geis. And many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew and met her, she will be eternally missed.
Memorial service at Roswell Community Church, Sunday January 14 at 2pm.
