Karl Luther Obituary
Resident of Dublin
Dublin, California — Karl A. Luther, 77, died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Kaiser Walnut Creek following a year long illness.
He leaves his wife of 54 years, Margarita Luther; his daughters Heide Wentworth and Elaine (Rickey) Juarez, his son, Karl (Debbie) Luther, two grandchildren; Chase Luther and Ben Juarez.
Born and raised in Bad Kreuznach Germany, the son of Fritz and Margarita Peter Luther. He was a lifelong resident of San Mateo and Dublin, CA.
He met his wife, Margarita Luther, while attending English class in San Francisco and they were married in 1960.
Dad enjoyed riding his bike and drawing with his Grandson Ben and loved long walks with his dog Smokey. He enjoyed teasing us with corny sayings that we will laugh about always.
A Vigil is scheduled at Graham-Hitch Funeral Home of Pleasanton 12.21.14 at 4pm, followed by a Catholic Mass on Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church at 10:00am with a private burial.
