Kathleen I think of you often and sometimes I can still here your infectious laugh. You had the biggest smile ever and a heart of gold. I loved you then and I´ll love you always! Until we meet again

Kathleen was a lover and one of the best listeners that I've ever known. When I think of her, it's her smile and spunk that comes to mind. I will miss you very much, my friend. You are an angel in heaven, I'm sure.

She lived and loved more fully than anyone I have ever known.

First I would like to say DITTO to alot that has been said about Kathleen. Now on a personal note, when I met Kat I was in a very low place in my life and marriage and yes she was an ANGEL sent to me to guide me through that season of my life. Kat never hesitated to give away a smile and her love unconditionally. I know that she is looking down at me from heaven saying "I knew you could do it" and Kat just want you to know that I couldn't have done it without you and eventhough you are no longer here physicaly you are here in spirit. Love you lady!!!

Kathy was one of the nicest, most loving,caring person I knew. She was loved by everyone that knew her and will be deeply missed by all. Rest in peace Kathy

Those of us left behind feel such a vacant space without our beloved Kath...
although we all know she is here with us,
as always, supporting, loving & guiding us through our time here. Her physical presence is gone..and we will all miss her beautiful smile, but her heart and soul remain with each of us until we all meet again. All my love to my "other" family......

I am so sorry to hear about Kathleen. I will miss her sweet smile and helpful insight. She was such a joy to know. Knowing her suffering is over and she is in a brighter, happier place is our solace in this time.

To the friends and family of Kathy....my heart goes out to you all. I went to high school with Kathy, and just found out recently from my friend Barb, that Kathy had passed. I was deeply saddened to hear that she had such a hard time with her illness, and lost her battle. While I didn't stay in the area, I remember Kathy from high school days, as well as the high school reunion....She always had a smile for everyone....Rest in peace Kathy!

She has been called home to Our Lord to light up Heaven, just as she lit up this world. I went to school with Cathy and she was always full of love and laughter. She was a beautiful spirit and will never be forgotten but will be surely missed. My prayers and condolences to all her family. May peace be with you all.

My father, Tom Nelligan, and Kathleen's
paternal grandmother, Frances Thompson were brother and sister. I knew Kathleen's father Bob and her mother Kay.
I was unable to attend the last family
reunion because my husband and I needed
to be with our daughter who was expecting and unable to travel distances at that time. I wrote to
Kathleen and received the warmest, most beautiful letter, even suggesting that if she traveled through Chicago at some time that she might be able to stopover
so that we could meet.
Please accept my condolences, I am so sorry for your untimely loss and wish I could have met her.

kathy was a wonderful friend and woman she was always happy we reminisced at our class reunion several years ago . she said to me johnny do you remember you gave me my 1st kiss and yes i did we were 4 yrs old at her house in amenia. kathy always had such a spark my mother was so sorry to hear of her passing they had alot of laughs and enjoyed working together at maplebrook please rest in peace my lovly i will sure miss you and love you always your friend john tompkins st pete beach florida.

Kathleen that I knew was an angel of love and caring on earth and touched many hearts, including my own. She will surely be missed. Until we meet again in the hereafter I feel I have another angel above watching over me and all those she loved.

Kathy had to be one of the sweetest girls I ever knew. She was full of life and a very giving and caring girl. When she smiled at you, you simply were compelled to smile back because you wanted to. I wlll forever miss her. All who knew her know what I mean. Love you Kath, Ralph Cummings.

Kathy was special to all who met her. She is now without the pain and torment that went with the horrible disease called cancer. I know that she is smiling down on all of us and in the arms of all who went before her.

Kathleen is the type of person everyone should know or experience at least once in a lifetime. She gave her heart and soul to any one who walked in her path and definitely was someone to follow. She did not hesistate to speak exactly what she felt, which often made be smile or laugh out loud. Very sincere in her belief to make this world a better place for human and animals alike. Truly feel I had the honor of walking alongside an angel when she was among us - - and now she can continue to watch us from above. We will continue to try and live up to her kindness! She will be greatly missed, but she would want us to go out there and continue to make a difference, despite her absence.

Kathleen was a loving, caring, wonderful human. I will miss her very much. She helped and inspired so many throughout her life. I know several groups will miss her tireless, cheerful efforts as well. Kathleen, I will think of you when I walk amongst the trees. Rest in peace and serenity, my friend. My sympathies to all who grieve this loss with me.
