Kelly J. Elliott was born August 6, 1974 in Colo. Spgs., Co. Went to high school in Falcon, Co. Received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the Univercity of Colorado. While in high school she competed in volleyball, basketball and competed in Little Britches rodeo's. Kelly worked for the Colorado Police Protection Assn. as an office manager. Kelly was preceded in death by her mother Karla J. Elliott. Kelly is survived by her father Tom Elliott (Marilyn), brother Brett Yates (Susan), sister Heather Salazar (Rob), nephews Brandon (Erica), Ben and Evan Yates, nieces Addy and Elli Salazar. Kelly loved life, she was into yoga with a passion, hiking, bicycling and rock climbing. The family wishes to thank all of her friends who cared for Kelly in her final days. Kelly fought cancer hard for three years then God gave her peace. Visitation will take place at Return to Nature funeral home at 9:30-11:00 am Friday Oct. 29 then graveside service at 12 pm at Fairview Cemetery 1000 S. 26th St. Co. Spgs. Co.

She was an extraordinary and lovely woman, certainly one of the best and most memorable I ever met. She deserved much much more than she received. I miss her. She was my friend. I was very proud of her and she knew that. Goodbye sweet girl. You did a fine job always. We can't replace you.
