Kenneth Johnson Obituary

Kenneth Johnson, 58, of Colorado Springs passed away June 22, 2012 at Pikes Peak Hospice. Ken was born in Orange, New Jersey on July 7, 1953 to Gustave and Isabel Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Alan. He is survived by brothers Richard (Judy) and Donald, sister Elaine Richiuso (Phil), sister-in-law Leslie Johnson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was a graduate of Nutley High School in New Jersey. He moved to Colorado in 1988 and was a resident of the Beth Haven Group Home in Colorado Springs where he enjoyed his relationships with the staff and other residents. Ken was an avid sports fan and enjoyed walking and reading. The family wishes to thank Pikes Peak Hospice for their loving care during his final days. Arrangements are being made by Swan Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs. There will be no visitation. Burial will take place at Rosedale Cemetery in Orange, New Jersey.
