Ken
Though Kelly already wrote a note I feel compelled to say more. While I'm not good with words (you know that very well) I hope this comes out right. We can't choose our parents, yet both of us were blessed with wonderful ones. And while you can choose your friends when your older, at a young age you don't have much say - your friends become the ones who happen to be around you. I am richly blessed by the fact our families grew up together and especially blessed to have you as my dearest friend from grade school until I graduated. So many fun, goofy memories fill my head when I think of you. You've gone home ahead of us and we all miss you. However, when the day comes I leave this earth and we meet again, I offer the same suggestion you once gave me - make sure the fridge is full!

I never had a bad time with you Ken. I'm going to miss talking to you, laughing over something inappropriate and checking in to see how you're doing. May God take good care of you and show you the best fishing spots.

Thank you for everything. You were one of the best friends I had in life and helped me through so many tough times. I still hear your voice and will still look to you for your strength in times of difficulty. You will always be with me. I pray for your family and friends to know peace and comfort, as you were always so quick to provide both to others. I love you with all my heart brother, give my best to Buckwheat.

I went to college with Ken, worked for Ken and was proud to call Ken and Debby friends for over 20 years. When something like this happens so suddenly, it fills you with regret for not trying to stay in touch more. Ken was so talented in so many areas, and it was easy to overlook these qualities because of his good natured, humorous personality. But he was entirely serious about whatever he did, and totally devoted himself to making himself the best he could be. A unique, mult-faceted man who'll be missed.

It was always great to talk and be with my buddy Ken. He was always encouraging, fun and creative. I'm not really ready for him to be gone, I still have a lot of eating to do... I know and trust that God's purpose is in all and He will redeem everything.

My heart cannot grasp that our dear Ken-Bob has been taken from us so soon. I just can't imagine my sister Debby without Ken. It is an unspeakably huge loss in our world. I am very grateful for the 35 years that I knew him and all the fun and love he gave to me and my family. Love each other at all times. Don't judge. Mend fences. Be kind. Be fun. Leave a legacy! Ken had a lot to teach us. May we all hear the lesson. Farewell for now, my dear brother. Hug Daddy for me. May peace come to all of us who so dearly treasured Ken.

I am so glad I got to connect with Ken again recently. We found each other on Facebook and caught up on all that has happened in our lives since carpooling together from Black Forest to CSCS in Jr. High and High School. He recalled some funny stories that I hadn't thought of in years! We had planned for Debby, Ken, my husband Lobo, and I to get together sometime soon...definitely wanted to play some music together (we are fellow musicians) but it just hadn't happened yet. My condolences to Debby and her family and the Weavers...please know you are in our prayers. And, may we all learn a great lesson from Ken's unexpected death...none of knows if we will be here tomorrow. Be sure to live your life as though today may be your last day. Spend time with friends and family now and tell them things you want them to know. We will miss you Ken but we are comforted by the fact that we will all meet again in Heaven!

Ken was the best friend a person could ever ask for and my family and I are blessed to have had him in our lives. He was one of the funniest, brightest and most talented people I have ever known and I'll miss him dearly. God Bless you my friend, rest in peace and know that I'll miss hearing your laugh and your friendship Earl. My heart is aching and it will for a long time.

Ken was such a blessing to our family! He always made me feel like a sister and loved our kids as his own. I can't wait to see him in glory, but until then, he reminds me that life is about being with our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ. We will miss him greatly, but are thankful to be able to enjoy his wonderful wife, Debby, and his 3 kitties, until we see him again.

Ken you were an amazing artist and such a fun and generous person. I still can't believe you aren't just a phone call away. We will take care of your beautiful wife while you wait for her and the rest of us to join you. Thank you for sharing your gifts and life with us, even though it was for such a short time. We will miss you terribly.

What a wonderful and delightful friend and ministry partner. The three of us, Ken, Debby, and I created so many good ministry pieces and packages to raise funds for the kingdom of God. It was a privilege, pleasure, and blessing to be partners in the Gospel.

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that we all say goodbye to our dear friend,"Big Daddy Weave", "LaKen JaWeave", and many more fun names we had for Ken.
I will miss talking on the phone the next day after the Broncos games, tailgating at Invesco Field, Guys Night Out at The Avs and playing music too with Ken.
Will miss the great lunches we had at Bambinos, Old Chicago and Ken saying the most funniest things out loudly so everyone could hear was always a treat too.
Will miss visiting him at Weaver Design downtown.
Ken did alot of artwork for Musicians around town never asking for anything in return that was Ken.
Ken would give you the shirt off his back and anything else too asking nothing in return.
One of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet.
I am proud to have known such a wonderful friend and will cherish all the moments we had and ecspecially the guitar he made for me as well.
Rest in Peace we love you Ken.
