My favorite things about Ken were his infectious smile, quick wit, and warmth. He was a generous and entertaining man; one time I and six of my friends ran into him at Littleton's Western Welcome Week. He joined us for lunch at Jose's and picked up the tab of all of us.
I count my blessings for the many conversations and laughs we shared.

Eflin Family: A sudden departure, takes time to set it into reality. The funeral delay will help all, to make it special. So many memories and accomplishments. I hope his story was written in full. It is a path we each must prepare to enter. May the Lord above be with you, to give comfort each day, by His promises. - Colleen & Jack Eflin, the only Eflins left in Iowa .

Sending Condolences to the Family and Friends of Kenyon Eflin; Kenyon was a caring, as well as an very intellectual man, whom I will miss having conversations with. He enjoyed sharing stories with others. I will miss that Kenyon smile and the love he had for the world, especially his family! I am the fortunate one to be able to call you my Father-in-law. He is now in a better place and looking down upon us. RIP Kenyon.

Sending my love to Ken's family, may they find comfort in the days and months ahead. There are so many good memories to share. He was a great man, I loved the time we were able to spend with him in Manitou, and later in Littleton, where we spent many a snowy night sleepover when we couldn't get home to Boulder. My late hubby always enjoyed talking shop with Ken, and I always enjoyed his sense of humor. R.I.P Ken, 'til we meet again.

I'm so sorry that Ken has left us. He was a very special friend and I'm really going to miss the conversation and hearing his take on this world. He had a strong love for family and friends and was a truly warm and caring individual, a good man. What a full and interesting life he had. God bless and comfort his friends and family and may they find joy and peace in the memories.
