My brother will live in my heart always. I can not begin to express my gratitude to all that came to be by our sides and share with the family their feelings of love and appreciation for Larry. He was a very loved individual and touched the lives of many. I am proud to say that a man of his stature is my brother. And to all that grieve with my family, please remember that Larry would want us all to smile when we think of him and remember all the good that he shared because he would want us to pass that kindness on to those that are in need of a friend. May there be peace in your heart. God Bless

Our heartfelt prayers go out to the entire McCollum family. The entire Immanuel Lutheran School community is deeply grieved by the loss of Larry. Skyler and his family are in our prayers constantly. However we rejoice knowing that we will only be temporarily separated from our brother in Christ since we'll be reunited in heaven due to Christ's victory over the grave!

We first met Larry when he was working at Albertson's in the late 1980s. We were impressed with his love of people and his willingness to help. We met Skyler at Hilltop Baptist School and find alot of Larry in him. We pray the Lord Jesus Christ will comfort your hearts with the loss of this great big man.
