I'm sorry I saw this so late. Dr. Jack Adams embodied what a true doctor should always be. His love for the science of medicine, his compassion for people, and his love of God. Heaven's gain is our loss. My heart breaks for his family and his patients.

I loved Dr. Adam. He was my Neurologist for a many years. He sure was a smart man and had such a big heart. He was treating my brother for a year and did his best to give us answers. Unfortunately we dint know his diagnosis. He was the best dr. I have ever had. It doesn´t feel the same without him. I love you Dr. Adam´s RIP

Dr Adams and I got to be good friends. When he found out that I had played baseball in the Minnesota Twins organization with Harmon Killebrew, Rod Carew, Tony Olivia, Bert Blyleven, etc. he confessed he was a huge baseball fan. From then in he requested that I always ask to be the last patient of the day so he could sit and talk baseball with me. He loved baseball more than life. When he learned I had played with and against some of the game´s greatest he never wanted out appointments to be rushed so he could spend as much time as he could talking about his favorite pastime. I was very sad to get the letter from the office announcing his passing. He wasn´t just my doctor but he became a good friend. I thought of him often and I will certainly never forget our time together. He is already sorely missed. I´m very sad at his passing.

Dr. Lawrence was not only my physician, he was a friend to me. He was a remarkable person in that he was himself. I suppose by that I mean that he
was always was challenging me to be more myself. Jack (as I knew him) was easy to be around and with. We would often visit about economics or matters of faith in addition to his treating me for my MG. Sometimes you meet people who are what you want to be more like, that was what Jack was to me. A great man with a humble heart and a passion to heal others. I will miss my friend.
To Mrs. Adams and the family, thank you for sharing him with the rest of us. He touched me deeply. As I miss my friend, I pray that God comfort you for your great loss.

Dr. Adams was a truly amazing doctor. He treated his patients with empathy and kindness. His patients were always more than a name on a chart. We always looked forward to my husband´s appointment with Dr Adams. Much thanks to the doctor who agreed to stay late on a Friday to see my husband when he had a big MS flare up and establish him as a patient and start his treatment. You will be missed!
To the family of Dr. Adams, we are so very sorry.

Dr. Adams was the best doctor and the only person to understand the issues I had. He treated me as a friend not a patient. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Dr. Adams.

There just aren´t enough words to tell you how amazing he was. All of his patients felt his unconditional care and kindness. His knowledge was astronomical. He always propelled patient care forward giving us a sense of control, confidence and peace. I was treated by him for nearly 7 years and can tell you first hand that He genuinely truly was the best of men. He invested in people. He helped me laugh when I was at my lowest and crying. He always gave hope and confidence for treatments ahead. I think what I´ll miss most is his smile and warm handshake. He was my unicorn doctor,... the one you actually completely trust no matter what. He was the doctor I would tell all others to call. I will miss him so much. May god rest his soul.

Blessings and prayers are being offered to the family of Dr. Adams and the loss of such a brilliant and kind hearted man. He has helped so many in this community, including my husband. One could never be in his presence without learning important and provocative wisdom from his prodigious brain-and tender heart. To each grieving family member, to his colleagues and friends, may we each lift him up as he enters the glory of well earned Heaven.

I heard of my doctors passing today in the office, and broke down into tears. It took me a while (years) to find a doctor I liked as much as Dr. Adam´s and I ALWAYS felt listened to and cared for. This is something that is not always commonplace (in fact rarely in my experience), but for Dr. Adams, that´s just how he works: he listens to, believes, and respects patients. I had cried to him and been scared with him and frustrated and he always made me feel better. I always left his office feeling cared for, better than I had when I walked in, and like I had a good teammate in my scary/mysterious health issues. He would always take as long with me as I needed, answering all my questions, and never rushing me. This was so appreciated and I wish more doctors would treat their patients with individualism like he did. I am so sad that he will no longer be my doctor, but I am more sad for the loss his family must be going through. He talked often of his grandkids... To his partner, children, grandkids, and friends: your husband, father, grandfather, and friend made a difference in many patients lives. He made a difference in mine: he really cared. He was really an awesome, dedicated detective. Know that in the eyes of his patients, we respected and appreciated him. He will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss. I send you my love and thanks.

Dr. Adams was the best Doctor that I ever had concerning Parkinson's. He told me that I amazed him working as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at my age with Parkinson's. He was more than a Doctor he was my friend. He was the one man that always encouraged me to not give in to this disease and to keep going. He will be sadly missed by myself and all his patient's that he had a affect on. I will never forget him and he will always have a special place in my Heart.

Jack Adams was without doubt one of the best physicians I ever had the opportunity to follow patients with. He truly cared about his patients and wanted the very best outcome possible for them, even if their diagnosis was not an optimistic one. He has earned the ultimate state of Peace.
