Leroy Eugene Becker went to be with his Heavenly Father January 14, 2022. He was born to Paul E. and Nettie Storm-Becker in Seibert, CO on July 25, 1935. The family moved to Colorado Springs in 1937. He attended Colorado Springs High School and graduated in 1953. He married Donna McCulley in 1958 and adopted her 2 sons, Mike and Rick shortly after. They celebrated 36 years together before Donna passed away. He was a loan officer and had been employed by Security Savings & Loan, Northern National Bank, and Air Force Academy Credit Union. He was Past President of Colorado Springs JR. Chamber of Commerce, Past Exalted Ruler of Elks Lodge #309. He served as Secretary/Treasurer of Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge in Delaware. He was also a past member of Reed Hose Club of Colorado Springs. He was a devoted fan of Air Force Academy football and the Broncos. After retirement, Leroy and his fiancée, Joyce Dudley moved to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. They enjoyed the east coast, traveling in their motorhome and cruises. Joyce passed away in 2010 and his 2 sons also passed away within an 8-year period. In 2019 he moved back to Colorado to be near Joyce's son, Spencer Colby and his family in Loveland. Leroy is preceded by parents - Paul and Nettie Becker; wife - Donna, sons - Mike and Rick; and fiancée - Joyce. He is survived by his sister - Bertie Mahan; niece - Patty Savio (Louis); nephew - Rick Mahan of Colorado Springs; great nephews - Michael Vinson (Amy), Malcolm of Katy, TX; Jeff Vinson, Eli, Natalie and Ava of Tonganoxie, KS; Spencer Colby (Jaime), Stein and Sienna of Loveland, CO, numerous cousins and friends. Leroy was a gentle, loyal man who loved his family dearly and was dearly loved in return.
