LeRoy, a Colorado Springs native, passed peacefully into the loving arms of the Lord on January 11, 2022 at the age of 91 surrounded by his loved ones.



LeRoy is survived by his loving wife Marilyn (Kinnaman) and his two daughters: Lori VanHorn (Jeff) and Lisa Hidrogo. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Chad VanHorn (Karen), Wyatt, Caleb, Morgan and Lucy. Craig VanHorn (Cherie) Iylah, Josiah, Noah, Priscilla, Cecilia, Viola, Ezra. Taryn Vrana (Matt) Blane and Ellie. Tyler Hidrogo (Kristie) Kingston, Decker and Hendrix. Kyle VanHorn (Jen) Jamin, Landin, Dylin and Torin. Tanner Hidrogo (Christina) Harper, Bexley, Landry and Benson.



LeRoy lived his entire life in Colorado Springs and was married to the love of his life Marilyn for 64 years. He worked at Out West Printing and then later owned Mid West Printing from 1974 to 1992. Since 1992 LeRoy and Marilyn have owned and managed Mid West Management Co. LeRoy enjoyed watching racing, Broncos and loved fishing. In his retirement he was able to enjoy traveling with family and friends. He also delighted in watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren grow and attending many of their games and functions. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Hull, father Henry Hull and sister Shirley Gardino. LeRoy was a very kind, generous and loving soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.



His Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 February 3rd at Woodmen Valley Stone Chapel, 280 E Woodmen Rd. Reception at Patty Jewett Club house to follow.
