Leslie Allen Obituary

LESLIE ROBERTA ALLEN
March 26, 1948 December 13, 2020

Leslie Roberta Allen passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at her home in Upland, California.
Leslie was born March 26, 1948 in Spokane, Washington to Leslie and Frances Allen. Leslie grew up in Spokane and married Dale Riddle in 1970. After living in many locations all over the country she eventually brought her boys back to Spokane where they both attended her alma mater Shadle Park. She settled in Colorado Springs in 1998 where she continued her career in the healthcare field. From there she often traveled for work to New York, Philadelphia, and California where she had many great adventures and formed friendships that lasted her lifetime. When she was not traveling, she could often be found spending time with her son, daughter-in-law, and their bulldogs, who she loved dearly. Finally, she resettled for good in Rancho Cucamonga, California shortly after her second granddaughter was born. She never left as Leila and Maggie were the absolute joy of her life.
Leslie enjoyed traveling, cooking, hiking and being outdoors. She always enjoyed time at the lake in the summer (Spirit Lake, Idaho and Frisco, Colorado later in life). She had a long and distinguished career working in the healthcare field. She was an avid sports fan and followed every major sport including golf. She most loved to watch tennis and got to see her favorite player Roger Federer in the Final at Indian Wells in 2018 with her grandkids by her side. Trips to Breckenridge and Maui were what she always looked forward to most. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son Travis Riddle and his wife Vickie of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; her son Grant Riddle and his wife Julie and her grandchildren Leila and Maggie of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
