Carolyn,

My brother John and I were deeply saddened to hear of Les' passing.

When good times are discussed, Les' name always came up.

Dear Carolyn, We were so sorry to hear about Nick. We will always hold on to the great times and wonderful memories that have been shared between our families. Our thoughts are with you, Love Mike, Chris, and Shawn Griebel.

This is a sad farewell to a racing pal, professional colleague and mentor. In my 35 years of knowing Les I have had nothing but admiration and respect for his attention to duty,and protection of the public in his chosen field. Above all, I cherised our friendship He will be remembered for all these things.

I extend my deepest sympathies to Les' family. It was a pleasure to know him and I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.

Les was a good friend and a GREAT land surveyor and mentor. He was always there to lend a hand or ear. We are greatly saddened by his passing. Rest in Peace PLS 10956.

As close friends of Cathy & Dennis, we've come to know Nick and his love for his family. Our deepest sympathies and our prayers are with the family as you deal with your loss.

Carolyn & Family---I was sorry to read about Les's passing, My wife and I spend our winters in Phoenix but check the newspaper on the internet and was shocked to read about Les. I had many fond memories of Les from Jr. High thru Highschool and all the years we worked around each other. Our thoughts and prays are with all you.----Bud Rice

Les was a class individual. I worked with him in the Professional Surveyors of Colorado and the Southern Chapter of PLSC years ago. He was keenly interested in the betterment of his profession and was an all around great guy.

I'm in San Diego and try to log on to Gazette.com every day. Today, I noticed the sad news about Les. I just wanted to pass on my condolences. Lynda Kirby

I worked with Les and Ron while at Briargate in the early to late 80's

It's a sad day for Colorado College hockey and their fans. Nick was always there with Carolyn and win or lose, faithful til the end. We will miss him and his friendly smile. My prayers are with Nicks family.

Even though I haven't been close to "Nicky" for many years, I have fond memories of our childhood together with our families. My thoughts are with all of you. He certainly went too soon. I know he will have time with his dad now for the many years they missed.
