Lilleybeth Webb Obituary

Mrs. Webb died peacefully in her home in Black Forrest, CO on January 29, 2007. Lilleybeth was born in Ruston, LA in 1930 and resided there until her marriage. A graduate of Ruston High School, she received her B.S Degree in Art from Louisiana Tech University in 1951 and was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She lived in Shreveport for many years and then resided in Lake City, Colorado. In 1991 she moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado area. A multi-talented person, Mrs. Webb was known all her life for her artistic and creative abilities. Her family and friends all treasure the many beautiful quilts which she made and presented to them with her own special love and care. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Steve A. Lee of Black Forrest, CO a son, James Ferguson and wife Becky of Conifer, CO and a brother and sister-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Paul M. Davis Jr. of Alexandria, LA; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Lilleybeth had many cousins and friends in Ruston and throughout Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl A. Webb. Her late parents were Dr. and Mrs. Paul M. Davis of Ruston. A sister and brother-in-law, Martha and James Plummer also preceded her. Visitation will be held Friday January 2, 2007 in Ruston, LA Services will be under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home also in Ruston. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Odyssey Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
