It's truly been an honor to have Grandma Hand a part of my life. She llved with the biggest heart and passion to put her family first at all cost. My heartfelt condolences on behalf of myself and the Torres family and she will continue to see her family through all they face until they meet again.

To Janne, Shavoun, Mama Donna, and the rest of the Hand family, may you embrace the memories to help guide you through this tough time. God Bless.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it's the memories of you that are the most precious.
