Linda Baldor Obituary

Linda was one of the sweetest people and I still think of her often. She brightened a room when she walked into it.
She is still missed and I think of Pete and Sam and Alexander often.

Linda was a good friend and one of the sweetest people I've known. She was always ready with a smile and a story (often about the Boston Red Sox!) She is still missed and I think about her, Pete and the boys often.

Steve, Mike, Brian and your Familys,

that you will remember,
the quiet moments,
the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem
hard right now,
it will be the memories
of these little things
that help to push
away the pain
and bring the smiles
back again.

Am so sorry about hearing of Linda's passing. Having attended RCC for several years the memories of seeing her each Sunday at service & how she so often provided her delicious recipes to the congregation for social hour showed how caring a person she truely was.
May her soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life and her memory be a source of blessing.

To Linda's brothers, I am truly sorry for your loss. Linda was my best friend elementary to graduation of high school and I spent a great deal of time with your family. I was fortunate to be able to talk with her for the first time in years just last winter. Again, I am soo sorry for your loss she was too young and your family has suffered so much. To her husband and family, although I never met you, please know Linda was a dear friend and I have many memories of the years, I trust you will keep your memories of her close to your hearts to comfort you in this difficult time.

I've known and admired Linda since she began working at the UVM College of Medicine back in the mid 80's. No matter the situation, she was always calm and able to find humor in most anything. What sad news and how terrible to be taken from us so young. Linda's father was Earl's best friend and his inspiration to enter law enforcement. Her mother was one of the sweetest persons on earth. Both were also taken from us much too early in their lives.

Earl can remember holding Linda and rocking her to sleep while visiting at Rod and Pat's home as a young man yet to have any children of his own. We later saw her grow to be a lovely and well behaved teenager and when she moved to Vermont lost touch with her except to see her visiting her Mom from time to time.

She will live on in the memories of many friends in the Belmont, NH area just as she will live on in the memories of her family and friends in NH and Vermont, and fond memories they all will be. Rest in peace, Linda, in the hope and promise that we will all be reunited one day. Soldier on, little family, and continue to make her as proud of you as we know she always was.

I remember Linda taking the time to hang out with me as a kid at Aunt Pat's house. She was a teenager and I was probably 6 years old so it was really "cool" that she let me in her room. She had a pet white rat that she even convinced me to hold. Anyone that knew her will always remember her smile.

Words can not express how saddened I was to learn of the passing of Linda. I grew up with Linda in Belmont, NH and spent lots of time on and off the athletic fields and courts with her. Linda was a shining example of hard work and determination. A former coach of ours always preached, "poise, pride and confidence" - Linda had them all!
