Linda Rankin Obituary

I am so sorry to Linda's family, I just heard of her passing. I went to IU East with her and worked at RSH and YOC with her. Linda was a wonderful and funny friend. I have many fond memories of her from college like going to Florida to see her twin nieces. Linda loved Social Work and encouraged me to also do it and it has been my career since 97. Brennan- I am so sorry to hear this sad news my thoughts and prayers are with you and your son. Amy Whealy Ballard

Imagination in Education, Pam, Anthony, and Brit send our condolencenses and wish Brandon and their families peace. She was a great lady and we will miss her and him at the day care.

Linda was key in getting our daughter the help she needed and was incredibly supportive of us as parents. I am completely stunned at her absence. Whenever she wasn't counseling, she was bragging about Brandon. I hope that he knows how much his mother fought for him and loved him. RIP

My thoughts and sincerest condolences go out to Linda's family. S oo sorry to hear of Linda's passing. I remember Linda from high school in Richmond. May God grant His peace and comfort during this time and may her son know how very much she loved him.

My heart goes out to Linda's son, partner, family and friends. Her untimely passing is no doubt painful for those who loved her. I didn't know her well but she impressed me as such a kind, caring, honest person. Rest in Peace, Linda. You will be sorely missed.

I offer my sincere condolences to Linda's friends and family. I had the pleasure to work with Linda on many LGBT women's health and clutural responsiveness projects and on the Komen breast health/cancer grant review committee. She always handled herself in a most competent, professional and gracious manner and I considered her a friend.
She will be missed by many in the public health community and my heart goes out to those of you who were closest to her.

We just met Linda the day before she passed. She was going to counsel us as a couple. We both were very grateful for her even though we had just met her. We both pray that God will guide her and protect her on her new journey.

My condolences to the familiy so sorry for your loss she was an angle sent from heaven that was put on this earth to be loved but now she is gone back home leaving us agreat memory or her.
