Our most sincere sympathy goes out to you and your family. Lisa was a great friend of mine for many years. We grew up together, and she was my best friend. After moving to Germany we lost touch but soon found each other again. We had great times in Germany together when I came to visit her. She always had a smile on and what a wonderful personalty. We lost touch after I returned home, but I always had her in my heart, I found her just recently and it was an instant connection once again. It felt as if we never lost touch.I am deeply saddened with the loss of such a wonderful person. She will never be forgotten. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

I met Lisa back in 2003 or so, through my best friends, Joe and Michelle. I have never felt more priveledged to meet anyone in my life than Lisa. She immediately accepted me and we all became good friends. She had taken me to meet her parents a few times and I had intorduced her to my husband, as well. I also worked with her at Pizza Hut at one time and I remeber how fun she made it for me. I was away in the military when she first fell ill, but luckily she over came that just like I knew she would. (Anyone who personally knew her knew she could be a fighter and pretty stubborn :) She sang so beautifully...I remember her singing Etta Joames, "At Last", and I teared up... my condolences for her entire family and all of us, her good friends. To her parents, you may not remember me, but I am the reealy short friend Lisa had...didn't look much over 16 or so... Ha ha! I do feel deeply for you and and the family. We were all so blessed and lucky to have her in our lives, even if it was in a small, small way. I plan on attending Saturday with Joe and Michele. I will see you all then. God bless and my prayers and thoughts with you.

To the family,
I met Lisa when she came to Noelle's school to pay for her lunches. I felt a close friendship to Lisa in just those few visits. She even brought me a Christmas present ( homemade candle) which I really appreciated. Now I have it to remind me of her special friendship. My prayers are with the family and especially for Noelle.
