There are no words that describe the pain of losing a loved one. Just remember all of the good times - the times when you laughed together, the talks that you would share, the times when you held each other close. Through your life you’ve shared so much with each other – good and bad – happy and sad – right and wrong – and most important – each others love. How fortunate we are that we can keep the memories of those we love in our hearts forever. I hope that knowing how special he was will be a comfort to you.

He touched my life without saying much. He inspired me without really standing in my presence. He was a champion; a leader and a father to his children and others. To me, whenever he spoke, he said something. Mr. Copeland's presence symbolized royalty, importance and strength. Now he soars with the angels. My heartfelt prayers are continually with my extended family, the Copeland family.
May the Lord bring you comfort, peace and tranquility during these difficult days.

To the Family of Mr. Copeland:
The only memories I have of Mr. Copeland are good ones. While I was viewing his body yesterday it was all I could do to not start laughing because I could of sworn that he smiled at me with that sneaky smile i remember from when I was kid. I spent a great deal of time at your house and it was some of the most fun a person could of had. Brother Cope, would have me in tears from the time i would walk in your house until the time I left. Rest assured that your husband and father made a difference in tons of lives. I laugh the way I do today because I met Mr. Copeland. May God Bless You All!
