Marlene and family, I was very sad to hear of Lowell's passing. Lowell was my friend for the past 8 years and he made a great impact on my life and career. He was truly "one of a kind" and I am blessed to have known him.

Lowell had a rare and memorable talent for being a big brother, and he flavored sage advice with humor. He was the best.

I was saddened to learn of Lowell's passing, and appreciate learning more about his life through his obituary. My husband has a 1961 MGA---I wish he and Lowell had a chance to meet. Best wishes to all of his loved ones in healing their hearts.

I am so sorry to hear of Lowell's passing. I have my own wonderful memories of spending time with Lowell along with all the stories from Mom Carol and Grandma Christine. He was one of the kindest men I've had the privilege to know. He will be missed. Thinking of all of you and sending my love.

Lowell wasn't just the oldest in our family. He earned my respect many times over, and this little sister has always been and will always be proud to call him my brother. -- Meryl

I had the honor of knowing LtCol Rygg while assigned to the 965th AWACS at Tinker from 1985 to 1989. He was my first ADO and I went on my first official TDY with him to Germany. We had a tremendous time. He was a great mentor and crew leader. May he rest in peace and may our Lord accept his soul.
