Mother Lucile Dorsey slipped peacefully from the arms of her family into the loving arms of Jesus on Friday evening, June 23, 2023. She was born Oct 19, 1929 to Milton and Ruth White in Emporia, KS where she attended local schools and graduated from Emporia High School. She married her forever love, Virgil Dorsey, in 1947.
Mrs Dorsey leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Ruthann (Marshall) Patterson, Alberta (James) Hand, son, Virgil (Patricia) Dorsey II, daughter-in-law, Tonya Dorsey, and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing July 6 2023 at New Jerusalem Bapt Church 10:00am followed by service at 11:00am.
