What an angel! No way a "normal" human being has this kind of effect on everyone he encountered! I always knew this about my "Big Baby Brother," Lyndon. He was cut from a "special, Spiritual, cloth"- imported directly from HEAVEN! My heart smiles for and with him as I know his is doing the same, because of what God had instilled in him ; His ever abounding power, grace, strength, love and peace beautiful music and happiness- all of which Lyndon shared with us! I was shocked and saddened to learn of Lyndon's passing. I knew him through school in Pikes Peak Park, he was kind, talented and an all around great guy. My condolences and sympathy go out to the Copeland family.

My deepest sympathy and heartfelt love goes out to the Copeland family. Lyndon was a very special person with a beautiful soul. He always made me feel welcome and appreciated, and for that I will always remember him. Godspeed my brother.

I remember the little boy who got on my nerves! Lyndon was always doing something. Singing, dancing, laughing ... that's who I'll remember. I met him as a man once, not much had changed ... still smiling. The light he supplied will remain always in out hearts.

The discovery of Lyndon in the Garage at the Copeland house in Pikes Peak park led to an invitation into the most prolific band of all time, a group way ahead of it's time, and as destiny would put fun times, teaching, reaching goals and changing lives upfliting spirits through it all, Making Beautiful Music as a Family, "HollowPoint BAND " best in the land.. My Brother you were the Soul of the Swing, from HP, JUSTUS, and The SIGNAL, nothing less than perfection. To the Angels you have accended, to work with the real Master!..

I worked with Lyndon over 20 yrs ago and will never forget that smile, laugh, followed by that finger point. He was truly one of the "Good Guys"! God Bless and Comfort all of the Copleand family, I am truly sorry for your loss.

Lyndon was a great person and I feel that it has been a true blessing to have known him and the rest of the Copeland family. Lyndon will be sadly missed by alot of people. The copeland family will be in our prayers.

My husband and I enjoyed the Copeland brothers so much. I remember them spending hours in the studio cracking up! They would go in the studio with intentions to record, but spend 4 hours rolling on the floor laughing listening to Lyndon and David tell stories and never recording one note. I remember walking by Studio A and hearing stories of "577 Snowcat!"
Such fun times and memories I have of the boys together.
His smooth and soulful voice could grab your heart and bring a song to life. That voice!!
I am lifting the family up in prayer for comfort during this time.

Wow! My sister, Janet texted me a message today to share that she had read of Lyndon's passing. Copeland Family, my heart hurts for all of you. Although you have lost a dear son, brother, cousin, and husband, God has opened his gates to a new angel who will watch over you and guard you always. Lyndon was my Jr. High School crush and we dated in high school. I have fond memories of Lyndon and the entire Copeland family, that lived not far from me and my family in Pikes Peak Park.

I only met him a few times but he has stayed in my mind as one of the warmest most caring person I have ever met. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. It was such a shock when I learned of this profoundly sad news. Lyndon was a truly wonderful person. I remember the times when he and my brother would sing and jam together along with David and others. They were way before their time as far as their musical talents were concerned (Shout out to Hollow Point!). I remember in school how he would make us all laugh or when he sang how his voice seemed to surround you with it's beautiful sound. He was a very talented individual. His smile would brighten up any room he would walk into. I will miss you my friend, just as I miss my dear brother Larry.

I am deeply saddened to hear about Lyndon's passing. We meet in elementary school and became good friends. I have always remembered him as warm, caring, artistically and athletically talented, and gregarious. Although I haven't spoken to him since high school, I thought of him often. I still can recall his incredible vocals when he sang the EWF song Devotion with the Hollow Point Band in high school. It's funny that every time I heard that song through the years I would think of my old friend Lyndon. He was a positive influence for many and will be missed dearly. My heart goes out to the family.

Our lives were extremely blessed by knowing this young man! My deepest sympathy to all of his family and to all who loved him. I pray that the Lord will surround you with comfort.
