We are so sorry for the loss of Mabel. We had the privilege of knowing her as she lived next to Cecilia Ross, Jim's mother. It was always special when she joined the Ross Holiday Celebrations. Such a delightful, steady person, with boundless energy. Mabel was a wonderful baker & gardner. Her pies were devoured and her garden was always amazing!!!

We knew Mabel through the Mike & Karen Ross family and had the opportunity to spend time with her on several Mexico trips and at family functions at their house and ours. She was always a joy to be around and will be dearly missed.

Our condolences to the Heller family, Sheila Ross and family. Todd and I have only known Mable a short time, but in that short time she became a person we always enjoyed being around. Our visits with Mable at Sheila's moms house were always enjoyable and always topped off with an ice cold keystone light .... good times, great memories! You will be missed Mable.

Mabel was my mother-in-law you couldn't ask for anyone better even when she became by ex-mother-in-law she kept in touch I have some of the best memories of the time we spent together. She was outspoken, spunky, funny & had a giving heart.
Mabel had the best outlook on life of anyone I have known.
My ex sister-in-law Donna Butenschoen of Red Wing Mn feels the same as I do we were both very lucky to have had her in our lives. Our thoughts and prays go out to the family.

Aunt Mabel was one spunky little gal whose "enjoy life no matter what cards you are dealt" attitude was an inspiration. One favorite memory was at lunch with her and my mom. Mom started in about how hard it was growing up in North Dakota during the depression and how she had enough of the "good old days" when she was a kid. Mabel looked at her and said, "oh, it wasn't that bad!" Her garden and baked goods were the best. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
