My heartfelt condolences to Suzie, Lonnie, Selina, and all of Mamie's family. I feel so blessed to have been Mamie's caregiver for two years. In that time, I grew to love Mamie very much. There were so many things about Mamie to love... Her spirited tenacity in pursing what she believed in. Her love of animals, children, nature, and her ability to appreciate the simple things in life. Her sense of humor and beautiful smile. Her unselfish, giving heart. Her complete love and devotion to her children was plain to see. When they walked into the room, her face would light up with joy. My precious Mamie was such a beautiful person and she will always live in my heart.

I am sorry for your loss. Mamie was a wonderful person, as was Bob, that came into my life at the exact moment I needed a motherly figure. She was able to listen and also share her experiences with me. We would talk while making our way up the steep hill near the Red Wing. Our last conversion was about her going to a nursing home. I have so many fond memories of her, my heart is broken but her wisdom will be forever with me. Peggy Masisa

Mamie will be missed by so many who were blessed to have known her. I will always remember her smile that could light up a room. She had such a sweet spirit and a love for animals. Mamie loved her family and treasured every moment that she had with them. She is truly missed and will always be in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May God bless her family in this time of sorrow.
