Marcella Storey Obituary

Marcella F. Storey, 90, died July 2, 2005. She was born in New York City to Frances and Robert Gibo. Marcella was a professional model in NYC. She married Louis Weiner and moved to Bergenfield New Jersey where they had two children. She received the Thanks Badge from the Girl Scouts, the highest honor a volunteer can achieve. After Louis' death, she married Matthew Storey, who passed away in 1993. She resided in Colorado Springs since 1998. Marcella is survived by her daughter, Louella and husband, Jim Stoever of Colorado Springs; son, Richard and wife, Kris of Cape Coral, Florida; three stepchildren: Judy Edgar, Helen Barrow and John Storey; three grandchildren: Eric Hilty, Michele Sternberg; Jeff Weiner; and five great grandchildren. There will be a memorial mass on July 7 at St. Patrick's Church, 1925 Dominion Way at 11:00 a.m. In addition there will be a Celebration of Life at Alterra Wynwood, 2780 Vickers Drive on July 7 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Transportation Department, Silver Key Services, 2250 Bott Avenue, CS, 80904. Marcella will be greatly missed and always loved by her family and friends.
