Marcia Whale Obituary
MARCIA RUTH (PRESLER) WHALE
October 6, 1943 January 2, 2019
We want Marcia to be known as a woman with a heart for Jesus. Her heart overflowed with songs from the Anglican Church. Her gifts of hospitality warmed everyone around her, whether she worked alongside her husband at the Whale Inn Restaurant or welcomed family and friends into their geodesic mountain home. Marcia was also a spirited and feisty soul with a great sense of humor that carried her through life. Born to the late Ruth and Darrell Presler, she was a long-time resident of Colorado. She graduated from Palmer High School in 1961. Marcia was as beloved in high school as she was by friends and family throughout her life. The family she loved well and leaves behind are her husband Charles Whale, son Mathew (Laura) Whale, daughter Wendy (David) Adamson, brother Gary Presler, sister Cynthia Nicholson, and her granddaughters Amber Adamson and Ruth Cronin. Service: January 12 at 2:30 pm. New Covenant Christian Fellowship. Woodland Park, CO

To the Whale family, please know you all are in my prayers and that Marcia was a wonderful woman filled with the love of Christ throughout her life. She was a gentle soul who loved everyone and made us all feel special when we were together. You all have and will be in my prayers. May the peace of our Lord be with you all .

To the Family of Marcia, please accept our sincere condolences. Marcia, I know you are in Heaven with our Savior Jesus Christ but your presence here on Earth will be sorely missed. I know your sister Cindy loved you not only as family but as her best friend. You will remain in the hearts of so many.
