Marco Sullivan Hughes of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at the age of 51.
Marco was born at Fort Carson Hospital, in Colorado Springs, CO on Friday, December 26, 1969.
Marco grew up in the southern community of Widefield, Colorado and attended Watson Junior High and Widefield High School.
Marco is survived by his mother Glenneth Lee Hughes, Marlo Sullivan Hughes and sister, Shanna DeAnne Hughes. His devoted partner, Christina and his seven children, Marco Jr., Jasmine, Lyric, Malik, Marlo, Marcus and Sophie.
Proceeding in death, is his father, George Sullivan Hughes and grandparents Gladys M. Dickerson, Geiger Hughes, and Lucille Hughes.
Because of the effects of Covid 19, funeral services and burial will be reserved for family members and invited guests only. Marco requested to be buried at Pikes Peak National Military Cemetery in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
