Dear Donna,

You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am sorry to hear about your mom. My memory of her is sipping tea together and eating muffins while chatting. I'll miss her.

Hi,Donna,

I just noticed the notice of Ma's passing on the Gazette's online site. I'm sitting here feeling very, very sad and wishing that I wasn't living in Illinois right now. You both have been on my mind so much lately. I have been wanting to call you to catch up, and to let you both know that I opened up a used bookstore here 6 months ago. I knew Ma would appreciate that knowing that we shared a love of books. I wish I could be there for you right now. Please know that you both are in my thoughts, my heart and my prayers. Love you!
