Margaret Mitchell Obituary
FREMONT: Margaret Louise "Peggy" Mitchell, 55, of Fremont, OH died Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Toledo Hospital surrounded by her family and friends.
Peggy was born March 28, 1958 in Fremont the daughter of Louis G. and Dolores (Gabel) Foos.
She was a graduate of St. Joseph High School and Tiffin Academy of Hair. Peggy worked as a beautician, a job she loved; she possessed a genuine interest in each of her clients and their lives. For the last 15 years she also worked in the cafeteria at St. Joseph High School, she had a special talent remembering each child's name and engaging them in conversation. Peggy was a proud supporter of SJCC and all of its athletic teams. Other passions included her love of flowers which is especially evident in her garden and her most prized plant, her clematis. She was an avid fan of the Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Tigers and the Cleveland Browns. She will be remembered as a friend to many.
Surviving is her husband of nearly 24 years, Greg Walker of Fremont; children, Travis Alan Walker, Garrett Lee Walker, both of Fremont and Carla (Gabe) Goodsite of Sandusky, OH; granddaughter, Ella Goodsite; brothers, Norman (Jean) Foos, Jerry (Toot)Foos, Jim (Mary) Foos and Mike (Helen) Foos all of Fremont; sisters, Janet(the late, Marv) Brudzinski of Fremont, Mary Ann (Dave) Young of Marblehead, OH; Carolyn (Denny) Lavelle of Stuart, FL, Connie Reineck of Fremont, OH; numerous nieces and nephews; goddaughter, Amber Root of Bay Village, OH; special cousin, Judy (Jeff) Good of Fremont, OH; special friend, Hannah Mathews of Fremont, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jack Foos.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8P.M. with vigil services at 7:30 P.M. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH. A Mass of Memorial will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2013 beginning at 10:30 A.M. from St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Jacob Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Millersville, OH.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic High School.

I'm So sorry to here this news. I knew Peggy from my school. She was such a grate lady. She will be missed and never forgotten. When ever I seen her she always had a smile on her face she was always so happy. she is Loved so much.

We extend our deepest sympathy to all of you ! Peggy was a great fun loving , sweet and energetic person. I remember seeing her with all her crazy girlfriends from high school and how much fun they had together , what a great group. I know Greg and her handsome sons will be missing her tremendously ! Mary Ann and her other 3 sisters will feel a great void ! Remember she is up there looking down on all of you ! The Foos family was such a fun group of people and distant relatives ! Peggy helped me grow my hair back after my chemo treatments. I never left her place without feeling better about myself and having had many laughs. She was a very special person. My thoughts and prayers are with you Greg, Travis and Garrett.
