Margaret Mosher Obituary

Margaret "Sue" Mosher died at Brookside Inn in Castle Rock, on February 7 at the age of 91. Sue lived most of her life on one block of Institute Street in Colorado Springs. She was born to William and Harriet Carey on July 9, 1923. To her many friends and family, Sue will be remembered as a lovely lady who loved to laugh. Some of her favorite activities were writing poems, painting, listening to acoustic and big band music, dancing, and her cocker spaniels.

She was married to the love of her life, Thomas Mosher. He predeceased her. She is survived by nieces, Michelle De Leon, (CA) and Cindy Corley, (AZ). Sue was an adopted Grandma to Taylor Tsakopulos, (Denver). She is also survived by many friends whom she cherished as their adopted "Mom".

A Celebration of life will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 11 at the Colorado Springs Senior Center, 1514 North Hancock Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, pplease make a donation; in honor of Sue, to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, 610 Abbot Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. She loved her dogs!
