MARGARET KATHLEEN (COUDAYRE) REIFENRATH, born on September 28th, 1926 in Pueblo, Colorado and passed away on December 9th, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. Margaret attended St. Francis Xavier Elementary School in Pueblo and graduated from Pueblo Catholic High School in 1945. She attended the Seton School of Nursing in Colorado Springs and left to marry the county treasurer of Cripple Creek, Colorado, J.W. Reifenrath in 1949. They lived in Cripple Creek, Colorado until their first child was born and moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where they resided for over 50 years. In 2007 she moved to Denver to be near her daughter Christine. Margaret was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church where she volunteered her time after her retirement from Penrose Hospital Admissions Department. Prior to her working at Penrose, she worked for Weight Watchers. She is preceded in death by her husband J.W. “Bill� Reifenrath Jr. and son J.W. Reifenrath III; her parents Victor and Mabel Coudayre and the following siblings: Victor J. Coudayre, Leo C. Coudayre, Dorothy M. Lynch, Gertrude F. Siegle and niece Geraldine Trevithick-Boling. Margaret is survived by her daughter Christine M. Reifenrath of Denver and brother James B. (Patricia) Coudayre, Las Vegas, NV. Daughter-in-law Suzanne (Larry) Mowrey, Crook, Colorado; grandchildren Laura (Antonio) Reifenrath of Spain, Mark (Michelle) Reifenrath and unborn great-grandchild of Ft. Collins, Colorado. Nieces Kathleen Smith, Denver; Juleen Dellacroce, Colorado Springs; Georgine Masciotra, Virginia O'Donnell and Mary Johanna Spicola of Pueblo; nephews James F. Siegle, Windsor, Colorado; James Jeffrey Coudayre, LasVegas, NV; Victor W. Coudayre and Tom C. Coudayre of California, as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. A memorial Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Colorado Springs on Monday, December 14 at 3:00 p.m. A private inurnment will take place at a later date. The family will greet friends in the church hall following the service.
