Margaret Scholtisek Obituary

Rainbow Springs (CCE) - Margaret Janice Scholtisek, 74 passed away April 10, 2017. Born in Bath, New York on July 24, 1942, she was the daughter of Floyd and Harriet B. Southwick. Margaret was the Secretary, Director of Personnel at the Air Force Academy and until she was medically retired after 26 years with the United States Air Force. She started her career in Washington DC with the Office of Special Investigations and Defense Investigative Service. She held several secretarial positions at numerous Air Force Bases during her career. She moved to Marion County from the Colorado Springs (Black Forest), Co in 2001.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald V. Scholtisek; son Eric V. Scholtisek (JeongHee); daughter, Dawn R. Scholtisek; brother, Lawrence Southwick, and grandchildren Clint and Kirk Scholtisek.

Funeral Services will be 11:00, Monday, April 17, 2017, at First United Methodist Church of Dunnellon, Fl, with Pastor Eddie Fulford officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, 9185 NE Jacksonville Rd, Anthony Fl
