Margaret Shay Obituary
Margaret (Peggy) Shay passed away on December 21, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Donald A. Shay; her daughter, Janice Walsh her parents G. Harold & Isabelle Robley; and her brother G. Harold Robley, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Shay Kuhlman and Grandchildren Bryan R.Morrison (KY). Kimberly D. Morrison (MD), Kristi-lyn S. Kelley (AL), and John C. Walsh (MD), and ten great grandchildren. Peggy , and her cat Moose, had recently moved to Kentucky to live with her daughter. She was born in Cambridge, MA and came to Silver Spring, MD with her family in 1961. She enjoyed the Christmas Season with all of the lights and decorations, and she loved to eat out. The family is especially grateful to the staff at T J's Restaurant in Calverton, MD. who were also like family to her.
Peggy was buried December 27th next to her husband and daughter at East Oak Grove Cemetery in Morgantown, WV. Expressions of sympathy should be made in her memory to your local animal shelter.

Everyone at TJ's misses Mrs. Shay terribly. We enjoyed seeing her and talking with her almost everyday. She always looked so well dressed and was so humble and modest when we told her how lovely she always looked.
She will always be one of our most favorite customers who came to be family to us because of her sweet disposition and caring ways. We still have other customers asked about her too.
Our deepest sympathy to her family she loved so much.
