Marjorie Dunham Obituary

Marjorie Hotaling Dunham, 83, of Belle Valley, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014, at St. Vincent Health Center, following a brief illness. She was born in Albany, N.Y., on May 17, 1930 a daughter of the late Henry and Mildred Creble Hotaling.

Marjorie attended Becker Junior College and was a homemaker for many years. She was a member of Belle Valley Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Deacon. She enjoyed volunteering for the Visiting Nurses Association, Erie Zoo, Brig Niagara, and St. Vincent Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard O. Dunham and one brother, Horace "Budd" Hotaling.

Survivors include three daughters, Millie Proud and her husband Jay of Lewisburg, W.Va., Marcia Hofmann and her husband John of Fairborn, Ohio, and Marilyn Beebe and her husband Ken of Erie; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Mary Dunham of Bradenton, Fla.

Friends are invited to a memorial service at Belle Valley Presbyterian Church, on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
