To all of Marjorie`s dear friends and loved ones, we offer our heartfelt condolences. Marjorie was a treasure in our lives, and we enjoyed our chats and visits immensely. She was fierce, smart, sharp without being unkind, funny, interesting, and always enjoyable. She was one of the first people who got to meet my babies, and they always called her, "Marjorie, our old lady friend;" I thought she wouldn´t mind, since not very many people get to be more senior than she, and she did it with grace and style. Sticky handprints on her white wool pants? Laugh it off. Curious kids crawling around by the glass curios and into the nooks and private corners of the home? Come look over here at this fascinating closet full of interesting things! Yes... it´s a gold watch! Isn´t that marvelous? I found our conversations engaging and informative and enjoyed her company so much. She lived with vigor, and chose such an interesting path. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. We wish you time and space to grieve, and to celebrate her life, and look forward to being with you at the memorial today.
With love from the Olson Family

I started knowing her as a caregiver but we ended up as friends. I enjoyed are times together.
What an amazing lady and what a remarkable life. I feel lucky that I got to know her.
She blessed so many people with her faith and kindness. She often shared wonderful stories of her family with love. I pray that you’ll find comfort in your memories of her and in the knowledge that others are missing her too. ♥

Dear family, I am Marjorie's neighbor, directly across from her. I am sincerely sorry for your great loss. I have lost a wonderful friend and mentor. Marjorie and I had many conversations and shared a lot of laughter. I would wave to her from my dining room table as we each were enjoying our breakfast from our respective dining room tables. We chatted often and we were very simpatico on many different subjects. I loved her wit, sharp intelligence, and the perspective she brought to so many different topics. She is missed beyond description. I loved her and I will never forget her. My deepest condolences to each of you.

Dear Holly, David, and Families,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a wonderful teacher, a loyal family friend, and a respected community leader. She really understood kids and made her lessons fun and enjoyable. She was kind and patient with everyone. She was one of the teachers that inspired me in mid-life to change directions and become a teacher.
Everyone that knew her loved her and she will be sorely missed.
