My precious Sweety,

I love you more than words could ever describe. You have impacted my and the boys' lives like no one ever could or ever will. Your love will carry us through. Your love will be within us forever. You're free now. You're cured now. I know you're the happiest and most peaceful any of us could be right now. I thank our Heavenly Father for that. Until we meet again...I love you, I miss you, and you will be forever treasured.

Mark was more than a patient to me, he was a friend! We had good times & bad. He was a joy to care for and I was shocked to hear he passed. I know he is a tremendous loss to his family. He loved & cherished them dearly.
My heart & thoughts are with you all!

I had the good fortune of working with Mark over the past several years. His good nature, smile, and laugh were catching regardless of how tough things got in the workplace. I always valued Mark as a person and send prayers to the family. What a great person and I have very good memories of Mark.

It is with greatest sympathy that I write this. I wish you all the peace and comfort that can be mustered when the hurt and absence is still so strong. Mark was greatly loved and finding Cheryl and the boys was an amazing blessing to all. Please know that I think of you often and wish you much love. If there is anything that I can ever do, or if you would just like to talk, please never hesitate to call. All my love, Daelyn Westendorf Kingston (Las Vegas, NV)

The reality of you being gone hasn't sunk in. I still think every day that you are still here and the reminder that you're gone kills me a little bit every time. You were an amazing father to me and a wonderful husband to my mom. It's hard to accept that you're gone, really hard, but I know your presence will still be around all of us.

I am really going to miss you, Dad. I love you.

This was a beautiful tribute to an amazing man. I can't express how saddened I am that he has lost his battle; he fought so valiently. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family members but especially Cheryl who is one of the most amazing women I have ever known. It's no wonder Mark loved her so.
