Marlys Ahrens Obituary
She is survived by her brother Gardner Louks of Chesapeake Bay Virginia, Paula (Dwight) Lintz, Platteville CO, Bradley (JAN) Ahrens Aurora CO, Craig (Beth) Ahrens, Duluth Minnesota, Jeff (Carol) Ahrens, Colorado Springs, Gina (Ken) Allred, Portland Oregon, John Ahrens, Littleton CO, Joe Ahrens, Indian Hills CO, Schaana (Paul) Wetselberger, Lyons CO. 17 grandkids and 13 great-grandkids.
Marlys loved fishing with her kids, family get-togethers, getting together with her cousins, reading, puzzling, playing cards with her friends and antiquing.
Marlys worked for Lynmar Health Club and Bally`s US Swim and Fitness for many, many years, and was loved by all.
No words seem adequate about how much she loved and enjoyed her family she will be truly missed and remain in our hearts forever.
Services will be at the River Community Church December 11, 1PM, 18668 N Saint Vrain Dr., Lyons CO 80540.

What an amazing person your momma was. My grandma loved her more than she knew. She will be forever missed, I still can't believe she won't be able to make it to maroon bells with us :'( we will have to make it a memorable trip for her (maybe start our own tradition) :-) .Miss you& we wish more than anything that we could be there to help you.
