Martha Schaefer Obituary

Martha called out for God's help early Wednesday morning at Penrose Hospital. He answered her and took her home! Born in Stuttgart, Germany, preceded in death by husband, William, and oldest Daughter, Emily. Martha was a loving, forgiving wife and mother. She loved music, hummingbirds, and flowers. Martha is survived by her children, Marti, Bill, Tammy (husband Brian), grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two brothers, Werner and Joseph. We will always remember our kind, loving mother and friend and will miss her forever. Memorial service will be held at Cappadonna Funeral home, inurnment at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

Tammy and Brian, Bill and Marti-I met Aunt Martha, only once, but through telephone conversations and written correspondence for over thirty-five years; I had a sense of her beauty, intelligence, grace and charm. I am so very sorry for your loss.
