Marvin Michalczuk Obituary

Uncle Bud started his life in Winnipeg, Canada, the youngest of four children born to Eva and Leon. At age two his family moved to Chicago and after graduating high school, he joined the Army in 1942. He served in World War II and Vietnam. He traveled to Germany, Hawaii, the Philippines and Thailand.

When he retired from the Army in 1971 he continued to serve as a civilian pharmacist, first at Fitzsimons Hospital in Denver and then at Evans Army Community Hospital in Colorado Springs.

Mike enjoyed singing in the choir, traveling, bowling and poker. He loved helping people, nature and all animals. He was a very generous man with a great sense of humor.

He joins his parents and siblings Walter (Ester), Joseph (Frances) and Katherine (Ted), nephew Robert and favorite niece Judith in Heaven.

On this Earth he leaves to mourn wife Ratree, nephew Dale, great nieces Roberta, Carol, Krina, Daria,

Mellisa, great nephew Kristian, many friends and pets Sparky and Toto.
